· On the positive side, this is excellent
research. However, you cannot copy and paste huge chunks of text – this
is called plagiarism and if you wish to study at A Level or at
university then you need to learn this vital lesson. At university, you will be
thrown out for plagiarising an essay.
· The other key area to work on (probably because
a lot of it is plagiarised) is the organization of your writing. You need to
work on your paragraph structure and in particular topic sentences – the first
sentence in a paragraph. Make sure it focuses on the question and develops your
argument.
· Spelling, punctuation, and grammar. You are not
using capital letters correctly – that’s not good enough at GCSE level.x
