they used some of the traditional methods like billboards, bus posters and film trailers after the movie was released they made a  video game. if the audience were reading comic books then they would know that doctor strange was actually made in  July 1963

one aspect that you can see in was a biog budget movie is that amount of CGI that is being used and we also know it is a big budget is the Lamborghini that we saw in the movie and the exotic locations like  "Nepal, where the production shot exterior scenes in several Kathmandu locations, including Pashupati, home of Pashupatinath Temple, and Lalitpur's Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The interiors of Kamar-Taj were created on a soundstage in London". we know it is a blockbuster because in the trailer  we saw the iconic marvel studio   logo and coming to the end of the trailer the main actors were benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, benedict wong, Rachel Mcadams, mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton

the predicted budget of doctor strange was $165 million and at the box office the movie  made nearly over $700 million   
8) Would you consider Doctor Strange a successful Hollywood blockbuster? Why?

I would consider that doctor strange was a Hollywood blockbuster because it had the big-budget that was $165 million and had some big stars like Benedict Cumberbatch,  benedict wong doctor strange brung a lot of fame and a lot of  money for the box office ($677.7 million )
